Nutmeg earns its Performance Search fee in three installments based on the progress of its candidate search — 1/3rd at engagement, 1/3rd at our production of the 2nd qualified candidate, and 1/3rd at hire. However, when you choose our Hybrid Search option, you can leverage your own successful recruitment efforts, including up to four Virtual Open House events, to avoid the balance of our fee while the search is still pending. Specifically, if you can make the candidate hire before Nutmeg produces at least two qualified candidates for the role, you only pay half our total fee. That way, we're incentivized to deliver qualified candidates quickly, and you're incentivized to invest in our services by not having to pay for something you could do yourself — the ultimate win-win.
